We are having effective study hours in a group room at the MDH campus. We study for ourselves in 45 minutes and for 15 minutes we have a break to clear our minds. In every break we can goof around, talk about anything we want but when the break is over we quietly return to our books.
Pernilla and Bea showed me what they got to do on BodyCombat yesterday. It was different kinds of movements and exercises for combat, kicks, blocking and punches.
I think we laughed so hard that we scared/ disturbed the people in the other group rooms!
